Stories of a German Exchange Student

Tuning a piano

Yesterday I taught my family “Siedler von Catan”. In the beginning nobody understood how it works, but after a few tries in Estonian, English and German it worked out well. Today my host father showed me how to tune a grand piano and I hope to finish tomorrow so that I can play properly. I also found a double light switch in a room, which is a mathematically perfect example of an AND-function, but still left me standing in the dark for 20 seconds. In the evening, I watched a film with my sister.

  1. Ich finde es ziemlich mutig am ersten Tag gleich ein Spiel wie die Siedler zum Lernen anzubringen . Aber es scheint ja geklappt zu haben.Opa Knut
