Bratislava

On Thursday I went to Bratislava with two of my choirs to take part in an international festival and competition. On Friday we had a city tour and sang two really good concerts. Today was the competition. In the morning I sang with the boys’ choir “Kalev” and then with the men’s choir of Tallinn University. After that we had to sing two more concerts at the Christmas market and at the end the competition results were announced. We got not only the silver diploma (87 p.) with the boys’ choir, but also the gold diploma (97 p.) with the men’s choir. This meant that the male choir also won the Grand Prix and the best overall performance. The last prize we got was a free participation in the International Choir Festival and Competition in Barcelona next year with both choirs.
